Recipe:

 
Ingredients: 
  • Ground beef ½ kg
  • Ground chicken 250g
  • Bread slices 4 (remove crust)
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Eggs 3
  • Onion ½ cup (finely chopped)
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese ¾ cup (grated)
  • Parsley ¾ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp or to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
 

Cooking Directions

  1. Soak bread pieces in milk.
  2. Add all ingredients in a bowl except oil.
  3. Mash bread slices with hand and add in other ingredients. Mix everything.
  4. Make small balls with meat mixture and keep in a tray; place in the refrigerator to firm up the balls.
  5. Heat oil in skillet, fry meat balls in batches. Cook them by turning until tender about 20 minutes.
  6. Notes: You can use these meat balls in spaghetti; can add in your favorite tomato sauce.
