Ingredients
- Butter ½ cup
- Caster sugar 1 cup
- Cream 1 ¼ cup
- Bananas, peeled and halved 4
Cooking Directions
- Melt butter. Stir in sugar and cook until sugar is melted and light brown.
- Slowly stir in the cream (mixture will bubble up at this stage).
- Cook 1 minute, then reduce heat to low. Place the bananas in the pan and cook until heated through, 2 minutes. Serve hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
