Ingredients
- Sausage 200g
- Garlic clove 1 (minced)
- Parsley handful
- Tabasco pepper sauce 2 tbsp
- Puff pastry 400g
- Egg 1 (beaten)
Cooking Directions
- Preheat oven to 200 degree C.
- Add sausage, garlic, parsley and tabasco pepper sauce in a bowl.
- Roll out pastry onto a board and cut in half lengthways.
- Divide the sausage mixture in two and spread along the length of each pastry strip in a cylinder shape, leaving a 1cm edge.
- Roll the pastry tightly from one to other edge.
- Brush with egg.
- Cut each roll into 10 pieces with a sharp knife, each about 2.5cm long, and place on a baking sheet.
- Brush once again all over the pastry. Place in the oven and cook for 25-35 minutes until the pastry is puffed and crisp and the meat has cooked.
- Remove and serve hot or cold.
