Ingredients

  • Sausage 200g
  • Garlic clove 1 (minced)
  • Parsley handful
  • Tabasco pepper sauce 2 tbsp
  • Puff pastry 400g
  • Egg 1 (beaten)

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degree C.
  2. Add sausage, garlic, parsley and tabasco pepper sauce in a bowl.
  3. Roll out pastry onto a board and cut in half lengthways.
  4. Divide the sausage mixture in two and spread along the length of each pastry strip in a cylinder shape, leaving a 1cm edge.
  5. Roll the pastry tightly from one to other edge.
  6. Brush with egg.
  7. Cut each roll into 10 pieces with a sharp knife, each about 2.5cm long, and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Brush once again all over the pastry. Place in the oven and cook for 25-35 minutes until the pastry is puffed and crisp and the meat has cooked.
  9. Remove and serve hot or cold.
