Ingredients

  • Tomatoes 1 can
  • Onion (Thinly Sliced) 3 tbsp
  • Tomato Paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed Red Chili 1 tsp
  • Crushed Coriander 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Green Chili (Thinly Sliced) 2
  • Capsicum (Sliced) 3 tbsp
  • Crushed White Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat up oil in a pan and fry garlic paste and onion till light golden brown.
  2. Fry capsicum with onion and garlic paste for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add can of tomato, salt, crushed white cumin, green chili, crushed red chili, crushed coriander and sugar.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes till it becomes thick like gravy.
  5. Add tomato paste at the end and take off from stove.
  6. Serve hot.
