Ingredients
- Eggs 3
- Sugar 100 grams
- Cream 100 ml
- Walnuts 75 grams
- Semi sweet cooking chocolate 200 grams
- Butter 50 gram
- Plain floor 100 grams
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp
- Salt 1 pinch
Cooking Directions
- Pre heat the oven for 15 minutes at 190 degree.
- Melt the butter, chocolate and cream in a pan on low heat.
- Beat the eggs with sugar till creamy.
- Add a pinch of salt and vanilla and continue mixing.
- Now mix in chocolate mixture.
- Now fold in sifted flour, baking powder and walnuts.
- Pour the mixture in a greased baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
- Cool and cut in squares.
