Recipe:


Ingredients

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Garlic 5 – 6 cloves
  • Onion 2
  • Red chili 2 tbsp (crushed)
  • Fresh coconut 1 cup (shredded)
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 8
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat up the oil in a pan and add onion into it and fry it.
  2. When onion starting to get brown, add red chili, garlic, coconut and turmeric and fry it till 5 – 6 minutes.
  3. Now out coriander, cumin powder, and curry leaves and mix it well.
  4. Now add chicken and milk in to it.
  5. When chicken thaw, dish it out.
  6. Malaysian coconut curry is ready.
