Recipe:
Ingredients
- Chicken 1 kg
- Garlic 5 – 6 cloves
- Onion 2
- Red chili 2 tbsp (crushed)
- Fresh coconut 1 cup (shredded)
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves 8
- Milk 2 cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
- Heat up the oil in a pan and add onion into it and fry it.
- When onion starting to get brown, add red chili, garlic, coconut and turmeric and fry it till 5 – 6 minutes.
- Now out coriander, cumin powder, and curry leaves and mix it well.
- Now add chicken and milk in to it.
- When chicken thaw, dish it out.
- Malaysian coconut curry is ready.
