Recipe:




Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese 1/2 kg
  • Condensed milk 2 tbsp
  • Screw pine (kewra) 2 drops
  • Green cardamom 5
  • Saffron as required
  • Almonds as required
  • Pistachio as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Take cottage cheese and shred it properly.
  2. Cook on low flame.
  3. When gets tender, add condensed milk and mix properly.
  4. Then add screw pine and cardamom and switch off the flame.
  5. Take out of the pan and refrigerate.
  6. When it gets cool. Take out of the fridge and add saffron.
  7. Make small balls of the mixture.
  8. Garnish and serve.
