Recipe:
Ingredients
- Undercut steak 1 kg
- Oil 2 tsp
- Capsicum 1
- Onion 1
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Chili powder ½ tsp
- Oregano ¼ tsp
- Pepper ¼ tsp
- Salsa 1 cup
- Flour tortillas 5-6
Cooking Directions
- Brown steak strips in oil and drain.
- Add capsicum, onion, garlic, chili powder, oregano and pepper.
- Cook and stir for 5 minutes.
- Add salsa, cook for 3 more minutes.
- Spoon 3/4 cup down center of each tortilla.
- Roll over and serve.
