Ingredients
- Potatoes 2
- Garlic chopped 1 tsp
- Carom seeds (roasted & ground) ½ tsp
- Chili powder ½ tsp
- Cumin seeds (roasted & ground) ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Oil for frying
Cooking Directions
- Cut potatoes into fries, wash and dry with a napkin.
- Now marinate with chopped garlic, carom seeds, chili powder, cumin seeds, salt and corn flour.
- Pack the fries in a polythene bag and freeze it.
- For frying, deep fry in oil till golden brown and crisp. Fries are ready.
