- Pom fret 4
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt as required
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Oil for fry
- Lemon 3 to 4
Cooking Directions
- Apply vinegar on the fish and leave for 10 minutes.
- Now wash the fish well.
- After washing, marinate the fish with ginger, garlic,salt and turmeric powder.
- Leave for half an hour.
- Heat some oil in a large skillet and fry the fish.
- When it turns golden brown remove the fish and drizzle some lemon juice
