Ingredients

  •   Pom fret 4
  •    Turmeric 1 tsp
  •    Salt as required
  •    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  •    Oil for fry
  •    Lemon 3 to 4

Cooking Directions
  1. Apply vinegar on the fish and leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Now wash the fish well.
  3. After washing, marinate the fish with ginger, garlic,salt and turmeric powder.
  4. Leave for half an hour.
  5. Heat some oil in a large skillet and fry the fish.
  6. When it turns golden brown remove the fish and drizzle some lemon juice
